WFC Production

We are a group of dedicated volunteers that help behind the scenes during services and for events to make sure that the audience has a great experience.

Q. How many volunteers does it take to run a worship service?
A. It takes approximately 8 production volunteers per service.

Q. Is the Production Team looking for volunteers?
A. We are always looking for new volunteers to come join our team. If you know anyone looking for a place to serve and think they would be a good fit on the Production Team let us know.

Q. Do you need prior experience to be on the Production Team?
A. No prior experience is needed. We will fully train you for a position. We use existing volunteers to help train and shadow new volunteers before going solo.

Q. How often do the Production Team volunteers serve?
A. The video teams serve 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off rotation. The audio, lighting, and venue production volunteers serve on a availability basis.

Q. Do you have to be a member of Westside Family Church in-order to volunteer on the Production Team?
A. You do not need to be a member, however we strongly encourage you to take Everything Westside and become a member. We also strongly encourage our volunteers to get involved in a lifegroup.
