Please join us for the Production Team Orientation meeting!!! This is a chance for the Production Team members to get together.

We need all new and existing Production Team members to be here, you will not want to miss this.

We will be meeting at the Westside Gallery on Thursday 9/10 at 7:30pm till about 8:45 or 9:00pm

-We are going to talk about the upcoming year and how you can be involved
-Vision for the Production Team from your fearless leader
-Dessert (my favorite)
-Prizes
-Some training

So, thanks to Kasey (@kaseyrobinson) our Program Director/PCO Guru he lead me onto how to add Production Team Member to a Plan by making them into Teams.

Here is how we do it:

TEAM Breakdown:

Team 1 SATURDAY 1st & 2nd Weekend
Team 2 SATURDAY 3rd & 4th  Weekend
Team 3 SUNDAY 1st & 2nd Weekend
Team 4 SUNDAY 3rd & 4th Weekend
Team 5 SUNDAY PM 1st & 2nd Weekend
Team 6 SUNDAY PM 3rd & 4th Weekend

DATABASE:

Add a property for each team so individuals can be added to a TEAM

Go to the individuals and add the property for the TEAM they are on.

SCHEDULING:

Either in a PLAN or MATRIX mode click on “ADD A PERSON”

Type in the TEAM name ie “TEAM 1″

Click on the “TEAM 1″ link

Up pops a new window for filters and for availability

Click on the bottom right hand corner

“ADD ALL TO PLAN”

Next window lets you shift jobs around or no schedule someone who is conflicted or busy.

You can uncheck them if they have a conflict.

Click “ACCEPT” and they are added to the plan.

Rotations make it a snap.

Now if they would just be automatic!!

So:

A. let me know if you are available this Sunday to help out at any or all of the services.
B. this can also be your opportunity to try something new or a place that you don’t normally serve in.

We have had an overwhelming response to Saturday night service.  So we are currently looking for more help on Sunday PM Production Teams.

If you might be interested in moving to Sunday PM’s on a regular basis please let me know.

Remember Sunday PM Teams only serve at 1 service not 2 or 3.

We will be getting together to touch base with the new volunteers and get them some new training.

If you are a current volunteer we would love to have a few of you stop by to help out with some training and be a familiar face to our family.
